1. Mixing and granulation
Weigh the FEP masterbatch and expanded particles according to the formula, stir them evenly with a high-speed mixer, and then stay for about 1 hour to fully immerse them. Mixing and granulation is completed by a granulator, a cooling water tank, a blow dryer and a pelletizer. The parameters of the mixing and granulation process are: the main engine speed is 1 000~1 400r/min, the feeder speed is 50~80r/min, the body temperature is 110~160℃, and the head temperature is 190~240℃.
2. Extrusion molding
Extrusion molding is completed by extruder, cooling water tank, tractor, tensioner and winder. Its technological parameters are: extrusion speed 20~50r/min, traction speed 30~50Hz, extruder temperature 290~350℃.
3. Expansion
Heat the FEP plastic pipe added with the expansion masterbatch to a high elastic state, and then use an expansion machine to expand to obtain a FEP heat shrinkable pipe. The expansion and shaping process parameters are: temperature 80~150℃, input speed 8~10Hz, pull out Speed 8~10Hz, vacuum degree -0.06MPa.
