What are FEP, PFA, ETFE and PTFE?

Polytetrafluoroethylene FEP: FEP (ethylene fluoropropylene copolymer) non-stick coating melts and flows during the baking process to form a perforated film. It has good chemical stability and non-stickiness. The working temperature is 200°C.

Polytetrafluoroethylene PFA: PFA (perfluorocarbon) non-stick coating, like FEP, melts and flows during the baking process to form a perforated film. The advantage of PFA is that it has a higher continuous temperature of 260°C and greater rigidity. Especially suitable for anti-sticking and chemical resistance under high temperature conditions.

Polytetrafluoroethylene ETFE: ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. This resin is a tough fluoropolymer that can form a highly durable coating that is chemically resistant and can work continuously at temperatures of 150 degrees Celsius.

Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE: Teflon non-stick coating can be used continuously at 260℃, the use temperature is 290-300℃, the friction coefficient is low, the wear resistance is good, and the chemical stability is good.
